An experienced designer with a broad range of skills, BA (Hons) in Illustration, HND in Graphic Design, MSc in Web Design and Development as well as a Certificate in Business Studies. Proficient in Freehand, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, (X)HTML, CSS and Javascript. Also have experience with JQuery, Ajax, PHP, Drupal CMS, XML and SQL.
As a developer, main interests surround UI/UX design with an academic background in accessibility design. As a designer, varied experience with a simple and bold style. As an artist, worked predominantly in pastel and watercolour with a strong illustration background.
Designed packaging for a variety of clients and with various briefs, including working to strict brand guidelines and new brand creation. Worked on several POS designs according to pre-existing customer branding and involved in creating several promotional sale campaigns. Assisted in television and radio commercials for new sales campaigns and worked on catalogue layouts for national companies.
Currently running a local life drawing group, booking models and creating promotional materials. Also a member of a local archaeological and historical society.
